Posted by News Fetcher on July 20 '16 at 02:22 PM
By Sol Fury from TFW2005:

The Rescue Bots Hero Racers figures, Bumblebee and Sideswipe, have been found at retail in Hong Kong. The pair are a part of a new series which feature simple transformations and pull-back motors – much like the Throttlebots of old. The pair of toys also marks the Rescue Bots debut of Sideswipe from Robots in Disguise – and he appears to be using his design from Robots in Disguise, suggesting this is a toy-only crossover of the two series, for now. Check out a few in-hand images courtesy of TFW2005 member Kaiser attached to this post.

Machinima Transformers: Combiner Wars Prelude Video – Windblade
Posted by News Fetcher on July 19 '16 at 10:23 AM
By Silver Optimus from TFW2005:

Machinima is sharing another Combiner Wars Prelude Video. This time it’s Windblade. And she’s pretty upset. “Windblade, once an official ‘City Speaker’ to the gigantic ‘Titans’ is tired of the bureaucratic non-action of the Council, who seem to sit idly while her people and her cities on Caminus perish. She decides that the only way to end the Combiner Wars is to take matters into her own vengeful hands. The full series will be 8 episodes, coming to you Aug. 2!” We’ve mirrored the official YouTube video after the jump as well. Enjoy!

By Sol Fury from TFW2005:

We have another gallery showcasing the Titans Return line for you! Back for revenge after his defeats in Megatron Origin and War for Cybertron, this is Sentinel Prime! The first and most obvious thing on Sentinel is his color. He’s very orange, which gives him a striking look but hides the masses of fine details on his body. The robot itself has nice poseability, and as a Titans Return Voyager, he’s a triple changer! The two alternate modes – shuttle and train – manage to look distinct. Or at least as much as a triple changer ever does (the » Continue Reading.

Thanks to an auction on Taobao, we have confirmation as to who the mystery figure for the current subscription service is! Much speculation has surrounded the figure’s identity since the service started, but now we know for sure that it’s Diaclone (blue) Bluestreak, a repaint of the Combiner Wars Prowl mold. While he’s not a Wrecker as many had hoped, he’s still an odd man out as he’s the first Diaclone Combiner Wars character thus far and a good addition to Diaclone fans’ collections. The 4.0 Subscription Service is already in progress and it’s unknown at this time whether » Continue Reading.

Last week, a surprise billboard went up in New York, promoting the upcoming movie Transformers: The Last Knight by director Michael Bay. TFW2005 members MyloTron and GabrielPrime are bringing us our best look at the billboard. The artist who has brought us the cool packaging artwork for a slew of toys including many Unicron Trilogy, Alternators, and Animated toys, as well as providing artwork for both Dreamwave and IDW, will be in attendance at table EE-03 in the SDCC2016 artist’s alley and at the IDW booth on Friday! He’ll have a sketchbook and a pair of Transformers prints available – so be sure to stop by and say hello, and buy some great artwork!
