Fans Want It Jetwing Upgrade Kit for Evasion Optimus Prime
Posted by News Fetcher on September 24 '15 at 01:31 PM
By from TFW2005:

Via our sponsors Robot Kingdom, we have a look at the latest offering from Movie-series accessory making group, Fans Want It. FWI-6 is a second Jetwing Upgrade Kit, this one for the Age of Extinction Evasion Mode Optimus Prime. Yes, it’s a set that gives the AoE Evasion Optimus the wings used by his Dark of the Moon incarnation. It’s fairly random, though the images showing the prototype shows it is nicely designed and does work pretty well with the design, so it seems that Fans Want It might well be on to something good with this design. Possible new repackaged version of Rescue Bots Optimus Prime Rescue Trailer
Posted by News Fetcher on September 24 '15 at 01:15 PM
By from TFW2005:

Yesterday, when we got a look at Combiner Wars Brawl in packaging, the eagle-eyed griffin-of-oz spotted that Brawl was sat in front of another toy. Specifically, it looks as thought the toy behind the packaged Brawl is a new release of the Rescue Bots Optimus Prime Rescue Trailer, with a possible new accessory, and based on the size of the packaging, excluding the trailer. This is based on the fact the bit of the packaging we can see looks like the 2015 version of the Rescue Bots packaging we’ve seen coming in with recent releases (with the red banner at » Continue Reading.

Posted by News Fetcher on September 24 '15 at 06:45 AM
By from TFW2005:

The latest IDW More Than Meets The Eye preview for issue #45 went over extremely well. One panel in particular caught the attention of the Fandom, who has been discussing it ever since the preview. The panel of Generation 1 toys Crankcase, Krok and Spinister was so uniquely done, and quite uncommon to see in a comic book, that many were asking who the photography belonged to. Thanks to Maz of TFSquareOne, we’re now happy to pass along the very entertaining story behind THAT Scavengers Photo! Well known member of the Fandom and writer, Maz, provided an in-depth background » Continue Reading.

By from TFW2005:

The streak of in-hand images continues as pics of the rest of the Combaticons have surfaced, thanks to T3store’s Facebook page. Hot on the heels of the image of Combiner Wars Brawl, we now have shots of Onslaught, Blast Off, Vortex, Swindle, and Brawl (albeit a little mistransformed) all in alt mode as well as a shot of Bruticus. These images also give us our first look at a physical copy of the silver-chested Onslaught which is the toy-accurate version versus the cartoon-accurate version we saw a few months ago. With the heavy remolds of Rook into Swindle, » Continue Reading.

By from TFW2005:

We’ve just received our first in package image of Combiner Wars Brawl! This deluxe figure will be particularly praised by fans for being a new mold joining the Combiner Wars toy line, a line that may have a bit of redeco fatigue at this point. Brawl will be joining Onslaught (a retool of Hot Spot), (Swindle (a retool of Rook), Blast Off (a redeco of Quickslinger), and Vortex (a redeco of Alpha Bravo) to form Bruticus! Brawl along with the rest of the Combaticons will be releasing in 2016. Enjoy the new image!

Hasbro Expands To The South African Market
Posted by News Fetcher on September 23 '15 at 09:31 AM
By from TFW2005:

We have a very happy news for the South African Transformers Fans. Hasbro has officially entered the South African market to directly distribute their toys and eliminate the Third-Party Distributors and therefore making the toys affordable. The brands including Play-doh, My Little Pony, Monopoly and Transformers will be distributed and related programs will also be broadcasted. “The big difference between using a distributor and having direct control [over distribution] is that there will be a much bigger investment into Hasbro marketing, and obviously the product range selection will be a lot stronger as well,” explained Gavin Mansour, Hasbro’s business » Continue Reading.

Posted by News Fetcher on September 23 '15 at 07:45 AM
By from TFW2005:

It surely feels like we’ve gone back in time a bit with the recent volume of testshot leaks, but we’ve come across yet another leaked testshot figure of a potential Megatronus Warrior Class toy. Found on the photo hosting website Photobucket, we have a single image of what looks like a Warrior Class toy of Megatronus from Robots In Disguise. The image, although small, looks very similar to the character design from the mobile app game. This marks the second potential Warrior Class figure we’ve come across this weak, Fracture being the first. Will we be seeing more Decepticons in » Continue Reading.
