By Tony_Bacala from TFW2005:
San Diego Comic Con 2013 has come and gone. It was a whirl wind week, the crews for Toyark.com, TFW2005.com, HissTank.com, and Tokunation.com took over 5000 images, did over 100 individual posts, and even live-blogged a bunch of panels. We did our best to get you the goods from the show as fast as we could. Because we like to do it that way, we don't have time to process, refine, and curate the images we are getting to you for the most part. Now that the week is over, we've gone through our images and pulled out the best ones and put them up here in one Transformers mega post of awesome.

You can check the Toyark version of this post, featuring everything cool we ran into here.

We've also added a mega list of posts from the show for all the sites in the network.

Enjoy!

Amazon Japan has updated their order pages of Art Storm's ES Gokin and EM Gokin versions of Roadbuster. Fully licensed by Takara-Tomy, these two Japanese collector figures redeco Art Storm's Dorvack Mugen Calibre releases as the Autobot Wrecker. The ES Gokin version is a cute, SD version of Roadbuster who can also transform. The EM Gokin is more realistically proportioned and features a small arsenal of weaponry, but does not transform. Harmony Gold Sues Hasbro over SDCC 2013 Jetfire Skystriker
Posted by News Fetcher on July 24 '13 at 12:15 PM
By Sol Fury from TFW2005:
Courthouse News reports that Harmony Gold, owners of the Robotech IP and by extension Macross in the USA, have filed a complaint that Hasbro's recent SDCC 2013 exclusive G.I. Joe VS Transformers Skystriker Jetfire has infringed on their IP. The action, submitted to the US District Court, seeks injunctive relief and damages from Hasbro.

The action against Hasbro by Harmony Gold originates with the earliest origins of the Autobot Jetfire and the US licensing rights of the series from which his toy originated, Macross. Hasbro in 1984 licensed the VF-1 Valkyrie toy for use in Transformers as Jetfire, while during the same period, Harmony Gold licensed the rights to Macross from Tatsunako, including merchandising rights. This was one reason, in the original Generation 1 Transformers cartoon, for Jetfire featuring a much different design on screen and being phased out of the series early in the second season.

What Harmony Gold alleges is that Hasbro's G.I. Joe VS Transformers Jetfire Skystriker toy infringes upon Harmony Gold's rights to the marketing of Macross, including merchandising rights, outside of Japan, based on the resemblance of the toy to the Veritech VF-1 Valkyrie. They allege that the SDCC exclusive toy has caused, and continues to cause, financial damage to their company. As a result Harmony Gold are seeking the withdrawal of the G.I. Joe VS Transformers Jetfire Skystriker toy from sale, seizure of all remaining stock (including Hasbro to "recall from any person or entity known to them who purchased or received... any unauthorized toys or other products based on [Harmony Gold's] copyrighted works"), Hasbro to pay all profits made on the set to Harmony Gold, in addition to damages, legal fees and "exemplary damages in an amount sufficient amount to punish and make a public example of Hasbro, and deter wrongful conduct in future".

We have received a press release from DeNA announcing the next episode content for the Transformers Legends Mobile Game! From information we have received from DeNA, it seems that this event will feature event card versions of Warpath, Hound and Jetfire. Bombshock of the Micromaster Military Patrol features as a boss, and it stands to reason that Growl, Tracer and Dropshot will also put in appearances.

Read on for the full release, as well as some artwork of Jetfire and Bombshock.

iGear Con Air Starburst Unlicensed F-22 Raptor Starscream
Posted by News Fetcher on July 24 '13 at 11:30 AM
By Sol Fury from TFW2005:
iGear have unveiled their latest project on Facebook. They are revisiting the Seekers with this latest not-Starscream, this time going with a design based on the E.J. Su F-22 Raptor design featured in the pre-All Hail Megatron arcs of IDW's Transformers comics. Highly stylized, the design features bulky legs but perhaps too-thin arms, and a trademark Starscream smirk on the face-sculpt.

We wish to remind our readers that this is an unlicensed third party product, neither licensed or endorsed by Hasbro or Takara-Tomy.

By XJunky from TFW2005:
2005 forum member Joeluna33 just walked out of a ToysRUs in San Diego, CA with a newly purchased Hasbro Masterpiece Soundwave!

Rumor had it that these figures were not to show up at brick and mortar stores for a few more weeks, but apparently they're starting to show up on shelves anyways!

Call or head on over to your nearest TRU to try to nab one for yourself, and be sure to stop by our sightings forums to let all the other locals in your area know if you find one!
