Last and greatest from Alfes, it's a look at the new Masterpiece Transformers releases, Rumble and Ravage (Jaguar). Alfes has posted two great galleries -
the first shows Rumble and Ravage themselves, with
the second showing their interaction with Soundwave, including Soundwave's ability to attach Rumble's piledrivers as an arm cannon. Open the links above to check out the images.
As a bonus, 2005 Boards member onnsake has also got this new Masterpiece series release and is sharing his thoughts in our Transformers Feedback forum. Check them out by hitting the discuss button below and be sure to share your own thoughts when you get this duo in hand.

Takara-Tomy have updated their website with images of the "Cybertron Satellite" promotion
store exclusive Nightmare Unicron. Nightmare Unicron represents a dark form of Unicron that came into being after being exposed to the Matrix, but before he slipped back into stasis once more.
At least that's the toy bio. For us collectors it is a cool black redeco with red chrome on his chest to break up the black a bit in a nifty homage to the other black Unicron recolor, Transformers Energon Unicron.
Nightmare Unicron is due for a release in Japan next month. Check out these images to tide you over until then.

The cube is back, baby! Well...
not just that one. The CyberNet Space Cube is back as well, thanks to Hasbro's Television Channel The Hub which is now airing episodes of Transformers: Generation Two.
What is Transformers: Generation Two? To those who don't know, during the early 1990s select episodes of Generation One cartoon was reaired on TV with a new opening and usage of the aforementioned CyberNet Space Cube for transitions and commercial breaks.
Transformers: Generation Two (while not exactly a full-on cartoon) joins the likes of Transformers: Generation One, Beast Wars: Transformers, Transformers: Rescue Bots, and Transformers: Prime (and soon Beast Hunters!) on The Hub.

The fine folks from Charticon stopped by once again to give us another update on their upcoming, inaugural convention with two guests - IDW artists Casey Coller and Livio Ramondelli!
Charticon organizers had this to say:
Quote:

He's done covers and/or interior art for various titles, including: Ironhide mini-series, All Hail Megatron, Robots in Disguise, Spotlights Drift, Blurr and Cliffjumper, More Than Meets The Eye, Transformers Ongoing, and Heart of Darkness. "Before time began… there was The Cube". That is the first thing you heard when you sat down at the theater to enjoy your first Transformers Live Action Movie. "The Cube" was The Allspark; giver of life to Cybertronians.
But the question of the hour is, will we see it on Transformers 4?
Thanks to 2005 Boards member Anodythe, we have information that The Cube may return in some form (as a memory or repaired). This piece of rumor (yep, it's not fully confirmed yet) is coming from
NPR who made a visit to one of Paramount’s Set Warehouses.
"Randall Thropp, a Paramount archivist, recoils in mock fear from the power of the AllSpark as set decorator Rosemary Brandenburg takes it from the glass case. The AllSpark was used as a prop in Transformers; it may have another life in an upcoming sequel."We will have to wait and see if this Transformers 4 rumor is true.

Hasbro Official Transformers Facebook Page has been updated with an interview with Mairghread Scott; co-writer of Transformers Prime: Rage Of The Dinobots for IDW Comics.
"Q: We’re at the end of the TRANSFORMERS PRIME: RAGE OF THE DINOBOTS mini-series. How have you found the whole comic writing experience? Is there anything you’ve learned that you could use while writing an episode of TRANSFORMERS PRIME?
MAIRGHREAD SCOTT: It’s a different muscle, comics and TV, but it was a thrill to get stronger in another way. In comics, however much you streamline (a fight sequence, a dialog exchange), you can always streamline more and that’s a great habit for any medium. I will definitely cut with a deeper knife when I write TV.
Q: Would you say that you and Mike have achieved all of the goals that you set out for yourself in the telling of the mini-series?
MAIRGHREAD SCOTT: Never. There is always more to explore. We barely touched on the background of a lot of the Dinobots. We’ve only just set up the idea of living in this really cool world. What we did do was introduce some fantastic bad guys, hint at a whole new era of Cybertronian history, tell the fans who we think the Dinobots are, and tell a good story. That’s why I’m so happy about this new series, BEAST HUNTERS. With a longer series I think we can really show off the best aspects of this new world. Of course, that only happen is fans buy it, so make sure to pre-order, Dino-lovers!"You can read the rest of the interview on
Facebook… but for those who do not have access to the social network website, we’ve mirrored the interview after the jump.
Before you proceed, we must warn you… Major Spoiler Ahead!
