TFSource has posted a pre-order for Linkin Park Soundwave. The figure was first seen at San Diego Comic Con 2012 (
pics here), when it sported a more blinged out paint deco. Soundwave now rocks a gold plastic as it's base instead of metallic paint. It was originally intended to be a Linkin Park website exclusive, but apparently that has changed as well. Check out pre-order details
over at TFSource here!

Here is something fun for those Transformers fans who are in Norwich in England (don't be shy, I know there's a few of you!)
The city of Norwich is known for its outdoor art trails, which previously included painted elephants. This time out, it is gorillas, and one of the gorillas on the trail (number 43 for those interested, located in Castle Meadow in the town centre) is Optimus Primate, an Optimus Primal themed gorilla! This cool bit of art will be on exhibition on the Go Go Gorillas Art Trail until 7 September 2013, and will be auctioned off on 3 October.
For more information on this trukk turned munky hybrid of Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal, check out the
Go Go Gorillas website!

Japanese retailer Yodobashi Camera have updated their website with a new listing for something called "
Transformers FJ Optimus Prime".
There is very little information on the Optimus Prime on the listing beyond the name, the price - 3,780 yen, with an MSRP of 4,200 yen, which is similar to the pricepoint of the Alternity line - and a release date of 28 September 2013.
What this is, and what the "FJ" stands for are unknown. Details on the order page are scant and no photos are provided. Watch this space for more information as it becomes available.

During a
Press Event for his new movie; Guns 2, actor Mark Wahlberg explained the "Human Element" of Transformers 4:
"I give [Jack] a lot of shit in this movie. I didn't know my daughter had a boyfriend and then all of a sudden, this punk kid is thrust into my life and I have to deal with him while dealing with this very extraordinary set of circumstances...I have to entrust the most important thing in my life to him at a certain stage in the movie, 'if something happens to me then protect my little girl'. I love the human element of the movie."Being an experienced actor, Mr. Wahlberg has also given advice to Jack Reynor and Nicola Peltz on how to deal with the life after a big movie like Transformers.
Mark Wahlberg also shared difficulties he had while working with a new camera rig.

Third party company Mastermind Creations posted a teaser image for "Steelian Scientist" (Brainstorm) on their Facebook page earlier today. This reveal marks the third third party version of Brainstorm, following FansProject's "
Smart Robin" and ToyWorld's "
Brainwave".
Which is your favorite thus far? Sound off in the discussion below. The biggest surprise for this reporter is that we now have three third party Brainstorms, and still no sign of a briefcase accessory!
