After so many rumors, here we are with the confirmed running time of Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
According to the Official Michael Bay Website, the running time of Transformers 3 is 134 Minutes (in other words 2 Hours and 14 Minutes).
As our good buddy fallen_revenge said... Grab a big bucket of popcorn and plenty to drink, put on your 3D Cine-Masks (
give the Bumblebee mask to your girlfriend,
make sure your friend bring one as well)... Enjoy the movie!

Some are speculating this might have been a "surprise guest" at this year's BotCon convention, happening next weekend in Pasadena, California. If that was the case, the surprise guest has spoiled the surprise!
Steve Blum, known most recently to Transformers fans as the voice of Starscream in the Emmy-nominated Transformers Prime series, announced in an interview with
AFTimes that he will be attending the annual Transformers convention next weekend.
How big is Steve Blum in the voice-acting world of Transformers? Well, for ROBOTS IN DISGUISE fans, he voiced Dark Scream and W.A.R.S.. For those of you in to video games, Barricade and Shockwave were his from Transformers: War for Cybertron. He may have also played characters like Wolverine in Wolverline and the X-Men and Marvel vs. Capcom 3, and, well, pretty much any video game produced in the last 10 years.
He also revealed that he, and the other voice actors, will be reading an episode script from Transformers: Prime.
This brings the total number of BotCon guests to 1,504,642. Join in the discussion!

The promotional campaign for the Transformers: Dark of the Moon The Album is just as big as for the movie (Well, maybe not that big…. But you get the point). So, if you have subscribed to the newsletter of Transformers 3 Music
Website, you may have even gotten an e-mail by now.
Linkin Park announced that they are holding an Artwork Competition. There are plenty of creative folks here at TFW2005. Guys, this is for you. Read the
rules and regulations and if you qualify, you may become the lucky winner to have the poster you designed be seen at the Transformers: Dark of the Moon World Premiere at Moscow. Also, you can have a private video chat with the band as well as getting the poster you designed signed by the band. Brief video, after the jump.
Paramore teased us today with a little taste of their upcoming song for the third movie. The song is titled “
Monster” and will be available with the TF3 Soundtrack CD.
And in other news, there is a video of Dave from Linkin Park who traveled to Haiti to see firsthand how the United Nations is helping Haiti rebuild, fifteen months after a major earthquake. If you listen from the beginning of the video to the 2:25 mark, you’ll hear the Iridescent Piano Theme which is rumored to be featured on the Transformers 3 The Score. Continue on to take a look at the video.

A new image has been released by iGear on their
Facebook gallery (requires registration), showing various elements of their upcoming PP-05 Ironhide and Ratchet unofficial custom Masterpieces. It's still not clear what the toys will actually look like - this montage just shows parts of the arms and head concepts. The shoulders are definitely going to take inspiration from the Masterpiece Convoy style, though, and the Ironhide will feature armcannons like his Movie counterpart as well as what looks like his old battlestation from his Generation 1 toy.
iGear has
previously teased that something might be unveiled at TFSource's booth at Botcon. If this is the case, we might be finding out more about this release very soon.

We have received the Diamond Comics Shipping list for next week's comics from the ever-informative D-Drive. Next week the road to Chaos continues with the second part of Space Opera in Transformers Ongoing 20.
The Transformers Vault is also on the shipping list, and the new month brings with it a huge amount of Transformers toys arriving in comics stores through Diamond. Most of it has been out since 16 May, but it's also got some of the harder to find items such as Cyberverse Powerglide and Blackout, so you might want to check the independent shops that order through Diamond if you can't find these at regular retail.
TRANSFORMERS ONGOING #20 (& it's incentive)
Mike Costa (w) o Guido Guidi (a) o Marcelo Matere, Guido Guidi (c)
Through a series of misunderstandings, Rodimus and his two strange new partners arrive on a planet we haven't visited in a long time, and meet a few other 'bots everyone thought were lost forever. Those are a lot of vague words, because this issue has a TON of surprises. Check them out in SPACE OPERA Part 2.
