Posted by News Fetcher on October 05 '10 at 11:30 AM
By Joe Moore from TFW2005:
For our Featured Ebay Auction, we have a strange Oversized G1 Soundwave Knockoff. The Soundwave stands as tall as a Masterpiece Starscream figure (as seen in the pic). The figure also includes oversized Ravage and Laserbeak cassettes as well. While we don't normally feature single loose figures, I figured thsi was too interesting and strange to pass up.

Filming for the third cinematic installment of the Great Decepticon-Autobot Conflict will begin on Monday, and based on street closures and parking restrictions, the shooting will be contained on the Mall. (Looks like Bay may have gotten his wish to film a bunch of historical stuff blowing up after all.) Filming in D.C. will wrap on the 15th."

Reveal the Shield Battle in Space Box and Pack-In Comic Images - Is that Generations Kup?
Posted by News Fetcher on October 03 '10 at 02:00 PM
By Sol Fury from TFW2005:
2005 Boards member juise serves up a three hit combo tonight folks - not only has he sent us over an official image of the box for the Reveal the Shield Battle in Space set, but he's also included the official image of the comic that comes with the set. The pack-in comic credits Simon Furman and Boo as writer and artist respectively. Take a look at the front cover, and as well as a square jawed heroic Hot Rod front and centre, you've got vehicle mode images of Cyclonus and Generations Scourge, Unicron and... Kup? Kup looks a bit different here to what we've seen previously, and given that Scourge and his Sweeps are their Generations incarnations on the cover, could this version of Kup also be his Generations release?

John Malkovich Talks About His Character In Transformers 3, Reveals The Character Name
Posted by News Fetcher on October 02 '10 at 04:45 PM
By NIBMRatchet from TFW2005:
Out of all the people involved as actors and actresses of Transformers 3, John Malkovich is one of the few who never said much. That is until now.

A newcomer to the series, Malkovich plays the boss of our hero Sam (the always present Shia LaBeouf) and said he was subject to only one day of action. And he bluntly and slyly describes his "loudmouth" character as, well, a "jerk." He also volunteers he had a "very, very enjoyable time" shooting with John Turturro, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Shia LaBeouf. Malkovich ends with, "For me, it was a blast".
